We are hiring an Operations UNICORN

We are looking to hire a UNICORN and we hope that is you! You will be supporting the customer support, business operations and special projects. You are an organized, self-starter that has a healthy balance between your masculine and feminine. You see what needs to get done and do well with direction, and also figuring it out yourself. We know your energy, enthusiasm, and expertise will create the perfect alchemy to take us to the next level.

This job is part-time and we are quickly growing so your role can blossom! Global Sisterhood is an ever-evolving, deep, startup of sisterhood and self-growth. We have a large movement of women gathering around the world in women's circles, and participating in our monthly events, and courses.

You will be working directly with the founders (us), Lauren and Shaina and our awesome sister, co-worker Shay. We have some freelancers in different parts of the world we work with as well.

Ideally, you love to work with people and have extensive experience working online doing customer support, blogs, email marketing or other online outlets.

The general tasks you will be responsible for will be as follows:

  • Customer Support! Loving up on our members, and helping answer questions.

  • Email campaign management, email automation implementation, and data tracking

  • Support for overall content strategy (blogs, emails, social) and implementation (implementing via Squarespace, IG, FB, and Email Platform)

  • Creating IG stories with a sales strategy for our products, courses, and freebies

  • Managing Content Delivery (managing content calendar, delivery of course content, overseeing course launches and start dates, creating marketing content for social and email campaigns, managing executive team in executing various content pieces)

  • Product Management

    • Managing Virtual Circles (emails, zoom link delivery, and advertising via social)

    • Managing Moon School Course each month (admin support, content delivery setup, community management)

  • Oversight of Facebook Group of 55K women (content calendar, awareness and enrollment strategy)

  • Various Projects for website // Uploading // updating dates // design

  • Uploading blogs posts and blog management

  • Go through VC recordings and find clips and upload as content on social media

Qualifications:

  • You’re empathetic and self-reliant. You know how to be creative and also active oriented!

  • Brilliant creator of social media, you have a following or have helped others gain a following

  • Email marketing knowledge - understands automations, sequences, and data

  • Visual creator, aware of Canva and beautiful design aesthetic

  • You are a natural editor, you will correct our grammar, visual layouts and be the last pair of eyes that needs to see something - you are a integrated perfectionist

  • You are an incredible self-starter, having either run things yourself or have worked in teams where this was of the most important

  • TEAM PLAYER - we have one team and one dream, and you will work to serve our community and our mission Organized AF - You ENJOY helping make things organized, clear, and effective. You thrive in a healthy, clean, organized environment. Your friends comment about how organized you are :-)

  • Knowledge of video and audio editing skills

  • Knowledge of graphic design skills

  • You enjoy thinking of higher-level systems. You want to help businesses step up their game
