Lyne Frank is a Global Sisterhood women’s circle facilitator, performance coach, and the creator of Ignite in Circle, a dynamic 7-week group-based personal transformation program that trains women to own their feminine power, cultivate self-worth, and ultimately, achieve what they authentically want in life.

When Lyne turned 40, like many women, she went through a period of Is this it? At the time, Lyne had been an educator for 15 years with a thriving career and Master’s Degree credentials. She was, and is, also a happy wife and mom to tweens. Lyne was a success by society’s metrics but not her own. Her distressing “Is this it?” inner chatter led her on a quest to fill the void. Lyne refers to the period that unfolded next as the most magical ‘midlife awakening’.

One pivotal aspect of coming home to herself was reconnecting with her divine feminine power. Lyne knows there's a powerful leader in every woman who is desperate to share her unique gifts with the world. Often the innate qualities that are a woman’s superpowers go untapped. It was the case for Lyne, and now, for many of the women she supports.

Most women are unaware that there are many outdated patriarchal structures that govern most societies. Collective agreements solidify cultural norms around unrealistic social expectations for women that they feel they need to uphold. Lyne has found that most women hold themselves back from living the life they dream about. Lyne’s mission is to empower women to own their power.

Her program gives women the time, space, and judgement-free sisterhood support structure for thoughtful introspection to take place. Ignite in Circle is a series of carefully curated training modules and circle work where women learn and grow in a supportive environment to uncover and hone their big dreams - what Lyne calls “soul goals” - and unique talents, and learn success-proven techniques to take action and claim the life they dream of once and for all.

When Lyne isn’t leading women circles or speaking to women’s groups, she is often found chillin’ with Mother Nature. Lyne is known to dance around barefoot in her backyard listening to tunes by modern folk artists like Rising Appalacia, Ayla Nareo, and compilations by DJ Alexbird. Of course, when she does this, she usually envisions more women leaders rising as a collective to bring gender balance to a world, she believes, sorely needs it.
